Reactive Maintenance
Plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs, handled end to end, including remedial work identified through fire risk assessments and inspections. Gas Safe and NICEIC registered contractors where applicable, all carrying minimum £2m public liability insurance. If a compliance visit flags a fire door needing repair, a compartmentation gap, or anything else that needs fixing, the same team that found it can fix it, no separate contractor to source and brief.
Planned Maintenance
Ongoing upkeep scheduled in advance rather than waiting for something to break, communal area repairs, fixtures and fittings, and general wear and tear across your buildings. Window and gutter cleaning is available as part of this, either worked into a recurring schedule or arranged as needed.
