Our story

We started Zlota because we kept seeing the same problem. Block and property managers carrying personal liability for fire safety they didn't have the time, or the tools, to properly stay on top of. Assessments lapsing, servicing missed, no single place tracking what was due and when. We're a small team and our job is to take that weight off your plate and make sure nothing falls through.

Zlota is a fire safety compliance company working with block and property managers across London. We handle fire risk assessments, fire door inspections, fire alarm servicing and emergency lighting, along with the wider compliance calendar, Legionella, EICRs, asbestos, and more, so it all sits with one accountable provider instead of five different contractors. For the buildings we look after, we also handle reactive repairs and planned maintenance, including remedial work flagged during a compliance visit, so a problem we find is a problem we can fix, not just a report you're left holding.

We hold ourselves to a simple standard. Every assessment, every certificate, every job should be handled the way you'd want it handled if the liability sat with us personally, because in the buildings we work with, it effectively does. That means the work done properly, clear documentation, and no dropped renewal dates. Every fire safety job is delivered by assessors and technicians we've vetted for the relevant industry certification, BAFE, FDIS, and NFRAR registration, so the paperwork behind your compliance holds up to scrutiny.
