Fire Risk Assessments

A legal requirement under the Fire Safety Order 2005 for the communal areas of every block and for commercial premises. We assess the building, escape routes, fire doors, compartmentation and management arrangements, then provide a clear remedial action plan with a defined review date so you know exactly what needs attention and when.

Emergency Lighting

Monthly function checks plus a full annual duration test to BS 5266-1, confirming escape route lighting actually works when it's needed, not just certified once a year on paper.

Extinguisher Servicing

Every extinguisher on site serviced and certified annually to BS 5306, with an extended five-yearly service for units due a discharge test. We keep asset records across your buildings and flag anything nearing end of life before it becomes a gap.

Fire Door Inspections

Communal and flat entrance doors inspected against the duties introduced under the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, with a full report on any doors requiring repair.We inspect every door, report on any needing repair or replacement, and schedule the recurring visits automatically so nothing falls outside the window.

  • Annual testing of lightning protection systems, confirming they meet current standards and remain in working order.
